After a June video showed a crowds overwhelming the club's dance floor, Club Spire's license was suspended. This isn't the first time that The Spire has faced the heat from authorities over COVID-19 violations. Mayor Sylvester Turner is pissed and is now calling on the state to review its “restaurant” policies. Spire Nightclub in Houston had to be evacuated last night due to being over capacity.
